On the 5th of November we were proud to host the ‘Execution and Revenue: How to Launch a Successful Business’ workshop, with Gail Kerr. Ms Kerr led attendees through the steps of growing business ideas and concepts. These steps included: how to make no-go decisions, when and what to present if you need an investment. Gail also touched on creating a competitive advantage through reducing inventories and shortening emergency delivery times, translating into hard cash.

Another two MBA full-time students to study abroad at ESB, Germany in 2016 30 March 2016

Two full-time NMMU MBA students became only the second group of MBA students to be given the opportunity to study abroad at the European School of Business (ESB) at Reutlingen University in Germany. The two students, Yolanda Colesky (YC) and Grant Greyling (GG), were selected to complete their MBA elective modules at one of Europe’s foremost business schools, the European School of Business (ESB) at Reutlingen University in Germany.

Relaunch of Business School Alumni Chapter 17 March 2016

February 2016 - In February, the Business School relaunched its Alumni Chapter, by hosting a breakfast event for numerous alumni and stakeholders. The event showcased how proud we are of our alumni, and also what we have planned for the year to come. Attendees were further offered the opportunity to meet Prof Thomas Eckardt from the Technical University Nuremberg Georg-Simon-Ohm. An expert in the field of Management and Information Systems, he discussed the transformation into digital business with the attendees.
